Primark is being praised by shoppers this week after sharing a product people can’t wait to get their hands on after lockdown.
The retailer regularly uses Instagram to share products with followers and with non-essential stores now closed , shoppers are using the page for inspiration for when Primark reopens.
It’s latest post has received attention from shoppers who say they “need” to get their hands on the product when lockdown is over.
The post showcased a pair of grey faux fur slippers, which cross at the top and have a flatform design. The slippers cost £6.
Beneath the post, which has received more than 40,000 likes, shoppers have been sharing their excitement over the product.
One shopper wrote: "When the shops open, I would like these for Christmas".
Another added: “I need me a pair of these”, while a third said: “If you were open!!!!! They really need to get online”.
A fourth compared the slippers to a pair sold by The White Company too, which cost around £35.
Luckily for shoppers desperate to see Primark reopen, the retailer has revealed that it could be open for 24-hour shopping in the run up to Christmas.
Bosses have called for extended shopping hours in December to make up for lockdown sales losses.
