With the weather slowly but surely taking an autumnal turn, many of us face the annoying problem of having cold feet.
There really is nothing worse than having cold feet, which can often result in our whole body feeling the chill. I've tried putting on slippers, wearing socks around the house, and even resting a hot water bottle on my feet as a desperate measure, but now I think I've found the solution.
Popular online retail giant Amazon is known for its vast array of products available at the click of a button. After having a mooch in an attempt to find some slipper socks, I came across the 'heat holder' slipper socks which currently cost £8.49 on Amazon.

Available in eight different colours, the slipper socks come in a low cut ankle length with non slip grips. They include an 'advanced design' of thermal yarn to provide insulation.
The slippers are said to maximise the amount of warm air held inside each sock for warmth and comfort. I was really intrigued to see if these slippers lived up to the product description, and I have to say as a whole, I'm impressed.
After wearing the slipper socks for just a few minutes, my feet felt so warm and cosy. The slipper socks were also incredibly soft on the inside as well as the outside.
I've often found with slipper socks in the past that I slide all over the place, but these had a great sturdy grip to stop that from happening. I also found that the slipper socks weren't itchy or uncomfortable, and felt really fluffy against my feet.
It's safe to say since purchasing the slipper socks I haven't been able to take them off. They're so comfortable and add extra warmth to my feet, especially when I'm in bed.
The product has already received plenty five star reviews from shopper who describe the slipper socks as 'great quality'. I was actually really surprised at how good these were considering they were less than £10.
