Costa unveils its new summer menu - and it includes a Strawberry Cold Brew

Summer is on its way - if you ignore the temperamental British weather that is  - so to get ready, Costa Coffee has updated its menu with some fresh treats.

And it's limited-edition so we better make the most of it.

Anticipating hot summer days, the popular chain has launched a Strawberry Cold Brew Coffee which combines coffee with a sprinkle of strawberry-sweetness before being brewed in store for 20 hours ready to awaken customers tastebuds.

A new Salted Caramel Iced Latte also joins the line-up alongside Iced Flat White and Iced Latte.

Costa's famous Frostinos are also making a return with flavours including Mint Choc Chip and Strawberry & Cream.

With drinks covered, there's no forgetting a foodie snack and there's some new additions to this menu too.

A Mozzarella & Tomato Panini, Roast Chicken Salad Sandwich and Pole & Line Tuna Nicoise Salad bowl make up the latest lunchtime options and if you're after a sweet treat there's the Raspberry & Blackcurrant Ripple Cake and all new Pink Swirl Meringue which is based on a classic Eton Mess.

Eric Tavoukdjian, commercial marketing director at Costa Coffee said: "This season we have created a menu that combines fantastic new innovations, while not forgetting fan favourites including the Iced Latte and the Strawberry & Cream Frostino.

"Whatever the weather, we’re confident we have created the perfect mix of refreshment, indulgence and healthier options that makes Costa Coffee the ideal place to enjoy those long summer days."
