Costa Coffee have announced plans to reopen one of their stores in Glasgow for drive thru.
Following a successful trial at two of their stores down south, the chain has announced that their Glasgow Braehead drive thru store will reopen as of today.
Costa have also confirmed that while it will be open to all customers, they are "intended to offer critical and key workers the chance to enjoy a Costa on essential journeys".
The move to reopen some stores was announced yesterday via Twitter, with Costa tweeting:"Since opening 2 Drive-Thru & 2 delivery stores last Friday we’ve had a fantastic response from our team members & customers.
"As such, & with the support of the Government, we will be increasing the number of Drive-Thru lanes & stores open for delivery via Uber Eats from tomorrow."
