Actress Lucy Fallon still appears to sleep beside a photo of her ex-boyfriend Tom Leech.
The former Coronation Street star, 24, was filming from her bedroom on her Instagram Story when she showed a shot of her bedside table that showed a photo of herself on the red carpet with her former boyfriend.
The couple split up earlier this year, with reports that the pair decided to part following their time in lockdown together.
The clip posted by Lucy showed the caption "a vibe", while displaying the star's room, soundtracked to the song In Between Days by rock band The Cure.
Visible on her bedside table is what looks like photo of her and Tom, which appears identical to shots of them on the red carpet at last year's Pride of Britain Awards.
The pair split ahead of her appearances on ITV adventure series Don’t Rock The Boat.
A source told The Sun : 'They spent lockdown together but it gave them time to evaluate what they want.
"They decided taking time apart was the best idea and they have gone their separate ways.
“Tom has never courted the spotlight and has quit social media because he doesn't want to see anything related to her.
"She has thrown herself into Don’t Rock The Boat and has been trying to keep busy with filming, but it’s not been easy."
Since the split, Lucy has been seen on social media spending time with YouTuber and fitness star Joe Weller, who appears on Don't Rock the Boat with her.
Lucy recently left her popular role as Bethany Platt on Coronation Street after appearing on the Manchester-based soap opera since 2015.
During her time on the soap, Bethany was at the centre of a hard-hitting but acclaimed storyline that saw the character become a victim of grooming.
Bethany left the cobbles earlier this year following a dysfunctional romance with widower Daniel Osbourne and her decision to take a job in fashion away from the Street.
