Colson Smith has updated fans with a new photo after embarking on a fitness overhaul.
Colson, who plays Craig Tinker in Coronation Street, looked happy and healthy as he posed at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
The Corrie favourite is sporting a trimmer look and a new blonde hairdo, and the compliments came pouring in.
"T-minus 5 days till a hair cut for me," he wrote on Instagram alongside the snap.
"You look great, very inspirational," said one fan.
"Gosh you look fabulous x" said another.
"I’ve been watching old school Corrie on YouTube and all I can say your weight journey is amazing," applauded another follower.
And another told him: "You look so different with all the weight loss! Look good matey."
Colson, 21, recently joked in lockdown that he may have to wear a fat suit when he returned to work on the cobbles after 'losing about 10 stone.'
He said on his weekly podcast the Sofa Cinema Club with co-stars Jack P Shepherd and Ben Price: "We are in direct continuity, but I've almost lost about 10 stone since we left work so I'm not sure that (my hair) is going to be the biggest of their issues.
"I might be wearing a wig and a fat suit when we go back."
The soap star previously shared a time lapse video of himself working out outdoors with an assortment of weights and looked in great shape as he trained with a dumbbell, kettle bells and a medicine ball.
Colson has played Craig the son of Beth Sutherland since 2011.
On screen his trainee police constable character has taken up running after finding that he was out of breath while chasing shoplifters.
Craig told his friends that he was going to make an effort to get healthier after being bullied at work.
Cameras starting rolling again on the set at Trafford Wharf earlier last month for the first time after lockdown was imposed in March.
Corrie viewers this week noticed a continuity issue with co-star Ben, who plays Nick Tilsley, having a new silvery grey hairstyle.
