There's terror on the cobbles next week as Yasmeen Metcalfe fights back with bloody consequences after being bullied for months by her abusive husband Geoff.
The horrifying chain of events take place after Yasmeen, who has been feeling under the weather, heads to the medical centre and tests positive for chlamydia.
Manipulative Geoff, who has been sleeping with escorts, blames his wife and says the sexually transmitted infection must be from her ex husband Sharif Nazir.
Her then orders her to wear an overtly sexy dress for a drink at the Rovers Return with Sally and Tim, and she's shocked to discover Geoff has agreed to pay for his son's wedding.
Back home, Geoff viciously reveals that he bought the sexy dress for one of his many escorts.
Yasmeen snaps and snatches a wine bottle, and as a struggle ensues Geoff slumps to the ground.
Terrified and shaking Yasmeen dials 999 and tells the operator “I’ve just killed my husband.”
Elsewhere the repercussions of Kelly Neelan's nasty actions at Amy Barlow's birthday party - sending naked footage of 14-year-old Asha Alahan to the party chat group - are still causing problems for Asha.
Her dad Dev phones the school to report his daughter's ordeal, but Asha is picked on in the kebab shop over Dev reporting it to the police and the school.
Asha begs Dev to withdraw his complaints as he’s making things worse for her. As more nasty messages come through, Asha hurls her phone to the floor and stamps on it.
Meanwhile Daniel Osbourne returns to the cobbles from the grief retreat and his dad Ken is pleased to hear that he found it to be a great help after the loss of his wife Sinead last year.
