Finding no evidence at the scene of the accident they shrug it off and ask mechanic Abi Franklin to mend the dent in the car.

Meanwhile Eileen Grimshaw tells Billy Mayhew that her son has been the victim of a hit and run and is in hospital.
Shona admits that she was driving the car, she knew she’d hit something but just panicked, and Abi reluctantly agrees not to go to the police.
In hospital, a battered and bruised Todd tells Eileen he can’t recall much about the accident while David assures Shona that he’s hidden the car and plans to pay Todd a visit to see how much he remembers.

But his cover-up is thwarted when PC Craig Tinker calls at number 8 and informs David that they found his car dumped in a pub car park miles away with a huge dent in it.
Sarah Barlow is shocked to witness Craig arresting her brother on suspicion of failing to stop and report a road traffic accident.
Elsewhere Daisy Midgeley drags a reluctant Ryan Connor to Speed Daal and shows off in front of his ex Alya Nazir making it clear that Ryan is her boyfriend now.
Alya covers her hurt and Ryan feels awkward.
Daisy is gutted to realise he still holds a candle for his ex, and she isn't prepared to be left standing.
So when Daniel Osbourne orders a bottle of champagne and reveals that his mum has given him a house she looks at him in a new light.
As Ryan heads off to a gig, Daisy takes the opportunity to flirt with Daniel, making out how much she loves kids and complimenting him on his photos of his son Bertie.
Daisy continues to flirt with Daniel and he laps up the attention, clearly very taken with her.
But as the pair consider opening another bottle of champagne, their mood is broken by the return of Ryan.
And there's more drama as as a tearful Fiz Stape is helped into the police car following the fire at Alina Pop and Tyrone Dobbs' flat.
But Alina is stunned when Tyrone catches up with her in Victoria Garden and reveals the awful truth that it was Fiz's daughter Hope who started the fire, not his ex.
