Coronation Street's Abi Franklin and Imran Habeeb are set to find themselves in very tricky situation in the New Year.
New ITV spoilers reveal that the first week of January will see Abi panicking as she suspects she is pregnant after enjoying a one-night stand with Imran (Charlie de Melo).
The first instalment of the soap on January 3 will see Abi wondering what on earth she’s going to do if she is expecting a baby.
Meanwhile, Imran's partner Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) questions where he disappeared to the night before and he decides to lie and says that he was watching the fireworks.
Later that day, Abi meets up with Imran in Victoria Garden and tells him that she plans to do a pregnancy test and if it is positive, her husband Kevin deserves to know the truth.
However, neither Abi nor Imran spots Kevin approaching them. What has he heard of their conversation.
When Kevin later questions Abi about their chat, she lies convincingly and makes out that she and Imran were rowing over Kelly Neelan.
But despite lying to her new husband, it seems Abi may have a change of heart as later on she calls at the builder’s yard flat.
As Toyah buzzes her up, Imran’s heart is in his mouth and he starts to panic about what Abi is going to say.
Will Abi feel forced to come clean? And if she is pregnant, will she decide to keep the baby? And will Keven stick by her?
Elsewhere on the cobbles this festive season, there will be wedding heartbreak for Emma Brooker and several families will be at war as plenty of festive drama occurs.
