Tyrone Dobbs and Phill Whittaker are heading for a Christmas showdown in Coronation Street.
Viewers have seen the pair trying to be amicable as Tyrone tries to co-parent his two children with ex Fiz, who is now in a relationship with Phill.
During Monday's double trip to the cobbles, Kevin Webster let to Fiz slip how much Tyrone is dreading Christmas, leaving her feeling awful.
Tyrone had already agreed to let Phill whisk Fiz and the girls, Hope and Ruby, away to a lodge for the festive celebrations.
Later this week on the ITV soap, Corrie fans will see Tyrone and Evelyn preparing their Christmas dinner for two - but it's not what the mechanic hoped for.
However, they're soon interrupted by the arrival of Fiz with the girls and Tyrone's thrilled to realise she cancelled the holiday, even if it does mean spending the day with Phill.
But with a rescued pigeon, Phill’s visit to his mum, and an ill-timed kiss from Tyrone will there be peace and goodwill amongst men?
Apparently not, according to the stars who play the love rivals.

When asked what viewers can expect from the pair, Jamie Kenna, who plays Phill, told the Manchester Evening News: "A very serious, Shakespearean-like set of acting..."
"No," he then laughed. "You're going to see the opposite of that."
Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone, added: "Well, it's fisticuffs in marigolds, is probably the best way to describe it.
"It's pretty much classic Corrie really. The two guys have got stuff to settle between the two of them but they don't want to do it in just the regular way and a proper fight.

"So let's just say there's all kinds of things used in the fight... Christmas decorations etc."
And it was just as much to fun to film as we can imagine.
"Off-screen, we get on so well and we really wanted to milk this fight and so did the director," Alan said.
"I don't want to give away too much but there's inflatables, marigolds, water pistols.... there's all sorts going on and hopefully it'll put a smile on people's faces at Christmas."
