Coronation Street fans have called for the return of a much-loved character after the actress who plays Toyah Battersby shared a 'blast from the past'.
Georgia Taylor, who plays Toyah, on the cobbles, posted a picture from the 1990s of herself and a former co-star, sending fans wild.
Toyah is currently dating Imran Habeeb and fostering Kelly Neelan - but back in 1999, Toyah was in a relationship with 'eco-warrior' Spider Nugent.

Posting a picture of herself and Spider, played by Martin Hancock, the pair embraced as they posed for the camera.
Referring to her skinny eyebrows in the picture that ruled the nineties, Georgia said: "Thanks to @jondew1 for sharing this belter of a #tbt from 1999! I mean, eyebrows are for losers, right?".
According to the M.E.N, her former co-star Catherine Tyldesley, who played Eva Price, said: "This is EVERYTHING."
Katie McGlynn who played Sinead Osbourne said: "Amazing."
Another follower said: "My eyebrows are still recovering from the nineties."
Other followers were moved to call for Spider's return to the cobbles.
The character bowed out in 2003 and has since been living in Peru.
One fan commented: "What a great photo. Would love Martin to return as Spider and watch Toyah’s reaction."
Another said: "Bring back Spider."
A third wrote: "I wish Spider would return."
Another asked: "Wonder if he would return."
And a fifth soap watcher wrote: "Spider come back to the street we miss you."
Actor Martin Hancock, who played Emily Bishop’s nephew, went on to star in Steve Coogan’s film 24 Hour Party People and Ridley Scott’s Kingdom Of Heaven.
In 2008 he starred alongside Daniel Craig in Defiance.
Martin also had a stint on Celebrity MasterChef in 2007.
Georgia, who recently joined the star line-up on Channel 4’s Celebrity Gogglebox, previously told Inside Soap, it would be 'interesting' to see what Spider had been up to since he left.
Georgia told the publication: “I loved working with Martin Hancock, who played Spider. He and Toyah split up off screen and they haven’t seen each other in about 15 years, so it would be interesting to see what Toyah’s first love is up to now.”
And Martin previously told the Daily Express there was a chance we might see Spider again.
"I may go back to Coronation Street one day. Who knows when Spider Nugent might return?” he said.
Martin, who joined the soap in 1997, was spotted by Coronation Street casting director June West when he was in a play at the Old Vic called Hoover Bag.
He auditioned for Spider in London and went to live in Manchester initially for a five-month contract.
