Samia Longchambon was shocked to find out her soap character Maria Connor has had 31 boyfriends on the cobbles in the last two decades.
The Coronation Street star, 38, said the revelation made her 'eyes-water' when TV host Lorraine Kelly shared on the figure on Friday's Lorraine.
Lorraine giggled a she revealed a screen with a number of images of all the men Maria had dated on the fictional street since 2000.
Samia cringed: "My eyes are watering looking at that!"
Proving that she had forgotten some of the relationships that her soap character had been involved with, she added: "That is quiet impressive - that has blown my mind!"
Samia's character Maria recently wed bad boy Gary Windass and hinting that their romance may be shortlived, she added: "I don’t think Maria is going to find her Prince Charming - definitely not in Gary!
"She has blinkers on and I think will all come out in the wash."
It comes after Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh revealed that she had hoped to land the soap role back in 2020.
Kimberley was in the running for the role too, she has confirmed, and was in the final two or three.
She was so close, but Samia was given the role and has remained on the ITV soap ever since.
Speaking on The One Show on Tuesday, Kimberley made the confession to hosts Gethin Jones and Alex Jones.
She explained: "I actually got down to the last two or three for Maria in Coronation Street.
"I think it was like the year before I got into Girls Aloud so yeah, things could have been very different."
