Corrie's Samia Longchambon leaves fans gobsmacked as she cuddles 'identical' niece

Samia Longchambon stunned her fans by posting a snap alongside her lookalike niece Sasha Ghadie.

Her Instagram followers couldn't contain their excitement - with one even teasing that she had ordered a wax-work model of herself.

Sasha and Samia appeared to be practically identical in the snap as the Coronation Street star looked relaxed in a loose-fitting grey tracksuit.

Sasha smiled in her home as Samia, 38, draped her arm around her.

The pair left everyone gobsmacked - and many wanted to know where the telly favourite had been hiding her relative!

Sasha looked the spitting image of her aunt, who is the sister of her dad Tariq, with the pair even having matching cascading curls.

Even Samia's Corrie colleague were wowed by the snap (Instagram)

Long-serving soap star Samia, best known for playing Maria Connor on the cobbles, captioned the picture: "Night in v night out?

"Night in wins for me every time. Happy to leave the glam nights out to my doll of a niece."

Her Corrie colleagues were quick to comment.

Co-star Georgia Taylor, who plays Toyah Battersby, wrote: "Darling you look like twins!!! Gorgeous."

Jane Danson, who plays Leanne Battersby on the Street, said: "Twinnies."

Dancing on Ice skater Robin Johnstone agreed, saying: "Wow you could be sisters."

One fan said what many were thinking: "I thought you were announcing that you’d got a wax model of yourself! You’re almost identical!"

Another told her: "I thought that was you in different clothes and make up."

A third commented: "Double trouble!"

The actress is married to Dancing on Ice star Sylvain Longchambon, and they fell in love on the skating show back in 2013.

She recently explained he would give her doughnuts to help boost her low sugar levels during rehearsals.

Speaking on The Capsule in Conversation podcast, she said: “My first week of Dancing on Ice, I weighed just under seven stone. I couldn’t eat anything.

"Sylvain was giving me doughnuts for a bit of sugar because my anxiety was so bad.

"I couldn’t sleep, I was running on empty for the first couple of weeks because I was so nervous."
