Katie McGlynn has proved herself to be one of the most relatable celebrities ever with her latest Instagram workout video.
The former Coronation Street actress, 26, was filmed lifting weights and squatting with her personal trainer, who she told to "f*** off" as she was pushed to her limits.
Dressed in a black vest and grey yoga pants, Katie winced in pain as she completed her gruelling gym session.
But her trainer wasn't deterred by the soap starlet's bad language or moaning and simply encouraged her to push through the pain.
Katie is currently on a health kick and sharing constant updates about her progress with her Instagram followers.
Earlier this week she held up a whiteboard with the words intense, hellish and worth it written on it.
She said these were the three words she'd used to desrcribe her time in the gym.
Katie said: "It's not for the faint hearted, you have to be FULLY committed to it or I wouldn't even think about it!
"But, once you get in the swing of things & start seeing your progress it gets better. I'm more organised I’ll tell you that!"
"Yes the sessions can be very much like you are in the very depths of hell. Nothing worth having comes easy so to keep getting results it has to be hard & every session has to be challenging…no pain no gain!
"When you start seeing and feeling the benefits, witness yourself getting stronger physically and mentally- there is nothing more motivating.
"I've not felt this healthy & positive in a long time! So happy I decided to do this & may it continue..."
Katie recently left Coronation Street after her character Sinead Tinker was killed off.
Sinead died from cervical cancer after it spread throughout her body.
