Georgia Taylor hit back at a troll who made a grim comment about the way her character dressed when she was a teenager.
The Coronation Street star, 41, was sent a tweet from one of her followers saying they liked how her character Toyah Battersby dressed in 1997 when she first started the ITV soap.
The troll's tweet was quickly deleted but Georgia called them "pervy" when she shared it with her 45,000 Twitter followers, before blocking their account.
She tweeted on Thursday: "In Classic Corrie I was playing a 15 year old schoolgirl but hey whatever floats your massive pervy boat."
Georgia added a vomiting emoji to show how much the comment had disgusted her.
As a fan praised her for her response, Georgia revealed that she isn't going to stand for this kind of Twitter talk.
She tweeted: "I'm 41 tomorrow hun and I've had enough of this s**t."
Her tweet left her followers baffled when she revealed her age.
One replied: "I'm sorry forty-one?!? How?! Girl you're ageing like a fine wine your hair at the moment is absolute goals."
"41? Rubbish," another tweeted.
A third agreed: "Yeahhh defo would never have guessed you were 41 now."
Toyah Battersby arrived in Coronation Street in 1997 with the rest of her family, Leanne, Les and Janice.
Georgia left the show in 2003, before returning at Christmas in 2016.
