Corrie star Charlie De Melo congratulated as he gains new skill

Coronation Street star Charlie De Melo has been flooded with messages after revealing his new skill.

The actor is best known for playing lawyer Imran Habeeb in the ITV soap.

Away from the cobbles, Charlie has been keeping busy.

The 32-year-old soap star has revealed that he gave himself a lockdown project of learning to ride a motorbike.

And the good news is, he passed.

Charlie took to Instagram with a snap of himself grinning from ear-to-ear in his jeans and leather jacket with a motorbike helmet under his arm.

He appeared to be posing with one of the driving examiners.

"Lockdown Project, Completed," Charlie shared alongside the post.

He then added: "See you out on the road," alongside another photo outside the training school.

Charlie is once again beaming as he holds up a card that read: "I passed with RJH," as he stood alongside an instructor and another newly qualified motorbike rider.

And his Corrie co-stars were soon commenting on the post.
