Corrie's Brooke Vincent shares adorable and honest mum post after week of 'chaos' with sons

Brooke Vicent has shared an adorable and honest mum post after enduring a week of 'chaos' with her sons.

The Coronation Street star is a doting mum to two boys, two-year-old Mexx and seve-month-old Monroe.

Brooke, known for playing Sophie Webster in the ITV soap, shares her children with Sheffield United footballer Kean Bryan.

On Monday night, the 29-year-old, from Audenshaw, was clearly in a reflective mood as she addressed a difficult week with her young sons.

Taking to Instagram, Brooke shared a quote with her thousands of followers which read: "The best part of being a mom is when your baby looks up at you and smiles or stares because they know YOU are their person.

"In their eyes, no one else is more important than you. They know you will always be there for them like no other.

"That bond is unparalleled."

Sharing her own message, Brooke captioned the post: "I posted this before but I honestly can’t stop thinking about it.

"This past week the boys have been chaos, their sleeping and bedtime routine hasn’t been going according to plan, which then effects their moods throughout the day.

"I feel like I post a lot of our 'funny times' because even in the middle of the hardest times they both make me laugh so much, yet the times where I actually don’t know how to make things better or what our next move is going to be is much harder to document and express.

"To speak openly and honestly, especially on social media is sometimes hard but I read this today and it literally broke my heart!!"

The soap actress continued: "My boys! My babies!! I’m THEIR person. So whether that’s at 2.45am when Monroe will not settle back to sleep or 4pm when Mexx is refusing to eat his dinner.. I’m THEIR person & that’s more than enough!

"Being a Mummy can sometimes be so hard, yet the constant rewards are not far behind!!

"Sending all you other parents lots of love!! Here’s to being forever their person… How lucky we are."

Former Corrie and Emmerdale star Hayley Tammadon was among the first to comment, writing: " Love you for writing this."

Sally Carman, who plays Corrie's Abi Franklin, added: "This is so lovely."

Brooke's post was then flooded with her followers tagging their loved ones.

@oh_melrose commented: "So well said@brookelevivincent."

"Can 100% relate to everything you say @brookelevivincent," @karenmarielouise said.

@campbell_tree added: "SO true. What a privilege to be that person."

Back in September Brooke revealed that her 'heart broke' during shopping trip with her eldest son.

She was out and about with Mexx as she prepared to start potty training when they encountered some 'bigger boys' while shopping for 'big boy underpants'.

Brooke explained how Mexx held out the pants out of the basket and hold them out to the elder boys.

But the mum-of-two said: "They just carried on walking past none the wiser!!

"My heart broke twice over at that moment!

"I even contemplated giving the boys £1 each to walk back past and make a fuss."
