Coronation Street star Beverley Callard has showed off the huge new tattoo which is 'growing' up her leg.
The 59-year-old actress, who played Liz McDonald on the ITV soap for more than three decades, has shared her brand new ink on Instagram to her 163,000 followers.
Beverley’s caption read: “Thank you for my tattoo!” She also tagged the tattoo studio where she’d got the inking done.
The inked artwork shows a floral vine of flowers - three blue, one pink and one purple. The fauna extends from the tip of her toes right up to the top of her shin, just below her knee.
She later added: "New ink…it’s growing."

The double meaning caption hints followers could expect to see additions to the artwork as it 'grows' or simply be referring to the floral climbing plant.
The I'm a Celebrity star also underwent a tribute tattoo to her husband Jon McEwan, after going under the needle with fellow campmate Jordan North on their TV show Destination Wedding.
The actress had theatrical comedy and tragedy masks done over a music score along with a red love heart, her husband's name and the date of their anniversary (30th October 2010) tattooed inside it.
The soap star said it was being confronted with the thought of losing her husband in 2016, when he collapsed in a supermarket, which led her to honour him in this way.
She told OK at the time: “Jon’s my rock. I see him as indestructible so when I was told he had collapsed, I just went numb. He is never ill. What happened came completely out of the blue."

Fortunately it was just a health scare and the soap queen has continued to count her blessings to be with Jon. She added: “I was incredibly frightened because I didn’t know what I’d do if something happened to him. He’s my soulmate and my best friend. He’s completely and utterly the love of my life.”
Fans of the Corrie star will of course have watched as she paid a fond farewell to Weatherfield cobbles, cast and crew as she was last scene as character Liz on scenes aired in 2020.
Since leaving the Street she has taken on various projects including heading out of her comfort zone by appearing in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.
Her latest on screen role is starring in new comedy series called Newark, Newark filmed in Nottingham due to air on Gold.
