Coronation Street star Ruxandra Porojnicu has confirmed she has left the soap after two years.
The actress is best known to viewers for playing beautician Alina Pop.
Viewers watched on Wednesday night as the scorned girlfriend of Tyrone Dobbs left in the back of a taxi.
Alina first appeared on the soap in April 2019 after striking up a friendship with Seb Franklin.

It was soon discovered that she was the victim of human trafficking ring which saw her work at a nail bar against her will.
Seb was horrified to discover what she was going through and the operation was later blown apart in dramatic style.
Alina was rehabilitated by the Salvation Army before later returning to the street the following year, only to find that Seb had moved on from their possible relationship with Emma Brooker.
This year, viewers have watched as Alina struck up a romance with Tyrone - leading to a split from long-term partner Fiz Stape.

The pair quickly moved in together and discovered they were expecting their first child.
But Alina suffered a tragic miscarriage while in hospital after being rushed in following a fire at the flat - started by Tyrone's daughter Hope.
During her final scenes, a distraught Alina confided in her best friend Emma that she was expecting again just weeks after suffering a miscarriage.
However, Tyrone has already confessed that he has kissed ex Fiz and discovered Hope has form as an arsonist.
A stern Alina told Tyrone he would have nothing to do with their unborn child and that she was going back home to Romania, leaving Tyrone crushed.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday night, Ruxandra showed that she and Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone, are friends really as they cuddled for a final snap on the street.
"And that’s a wrap on Corrie," the actress shared with her followers.
"Thanks to everyone who encouraged and supported me. It meant so much.
"I worked with some of the finest people, who are not only extremely talented but very humble and caring. They made me feel welcome and a part of this beautiful family. TA EVERYONE!"
She then added: "People up north are well nice.
"Thank you everyone for the good wishes!! Lots of love to you all."
And her Corrie pals were quick to inundate her with comments.
"All the best Rox," Craig Tinker actor Colson Smith wrote.
Georgia Taylor, who plays Toyah Battersby, added: "Oh darling you’re like sunshine. You’ve been a joy. All the best for the future, you beaut."
"Go well you beauty," Abi Franklin actress Sally Carman added.
Alexandra Mardell, who plays Emma, replied: "Ah miss you already lovely lady! Lots of love!! Alina and Emma corrie besties for life."
"LOVED that last scene @ruxandraporojnicu ! “You did it to yourself!” MIC DROP! FIERCE!" Sair Khan, who plays Alya Nazir, praised.
But fans were mainly left with one question.
"Why are you leaving? You are one of my favourite characters," one said.
Another echoed: "Why are you leaving?? Will you come back or have you left permanently?"
"It's so sad to see you go babe. will you ever return or have you left for good?" a third added.
