Corrie fans horrified as twisted Geoff returns in visions to haunt Yasmeen

Corrie's Yasmeen has been suffering hallucinations of her monster husband Geoff.

Ian Bartholomew's chilling villain Geoff perished months ago in a fiery blaze after his final tense stand-off with wife Yasmeen, brought to life by Shelley King.

Yasmeen had suffered for years under Geoff's abuse - but now she's free of him, it seems she's struggling.

He had taken out a string of loans in her name before his death, meaning she's been bridled with hefty debts.

And during tonight's episode, as she grappled with a bank manager, he morphed into her dead husband before her eyes.

"Silly little Yasmeen," imaginary Geoff taunted, "always thinking she knows best."

"I need to go," Yasmeen suddenly announced, before running out of the room, leaving loyal granddaughter Alya behind.

And fans were horrified to see Geoff back - albeit in imaginary form.

One shared a string of heart and crying emojis, fuming: "Geoff continues to haunt Yasmeen from beyond the grave..."

"Arghhh Geoff!" was all another wrote.

"Just when she thought she'd seen the last of him... poor Yas," a third tweeted.

Elsewhere in the episode, Alya tried to convince her grandma to sell the community centre as the first step toward paying off Geoff's debts.

And in spoilers for the soap, Yasmeen will fall to the ground, leaving fans fearing for her life.

Alya will also rage after she uncovers the truth of Yasmeen's house - that Geoff's son Tom Metcalfe owns half of it.
