Tyrone Dobbs and Alina Pop have barely been apart since he recently ditched his fiancee Fiz Stape and their passion is putting some Coronation Street fans off their tea.
Mechanic Tyrone and beautician Alina have been enjoying some saucy time together at her flat and in Monday night's double bill he sparked her ardour in a row over attending his best friend Kevin Webster's wedding.
Impressed that her man was defending her in the face of opposition to her attending the ceremony as his guest, Alina said: "It's a nice feeling and also very sexy."
Then Tyrone's younger woman lured him away from a half eaten sandwich into the bedroom.
"Leave the sandwich," she ordered.
Corrie fans cringed as the lovers later emerged from the bedroom adjusting their clothing, and Tyrone had messed up hair.
"Oh and I've still got half a sarnie left does it get any better?" he cheered, clocking his abandoned lunch.
Horrified viewers took to Twitter to have their say.
"'Leave the sandwich'" is there actually anyone out there finding these Tyrone and Alina scenes watchable? asked one.
"Me every time Alina and Tyrone flirt," said another with an awkward face GIF.
Another viewer posted a vomiting emoji and another complained: "Tyrone is making me heave!"
"I’ve just had my tea," grumbled another.
"Tyrone's sex hair," remarked another viewer with a laughing emoji.
"I cringed at the Tyrone and Alina scene," tweeted another soap watcher.
Tyrone, played by Alan Halsall, and Alina, played by Ruxandra Porojnicu, fell for each other after the younger woman lodged with Tyrone, his ex Fiz and their children Hope and Ruby.
She caused him to blush by emerging downstairs in a skimpy towel which was noticed by Fiz, but she had no idea that her fiance's crush would develop into true feelings for Alina.
Alina moved out but the pair grew close over their shared love of cars and dogs and Tyrone comforted her when her beloved family pet died.
Fiz, played by Jennie McAlpine, was heartbroken when Tyrone admitted the spark had gone from their relationship and that he was in love with Alina.
