Corrie fans 'don't know where to look' as star shares snap of Billy Mayhew going back to 'vicaring'

Coronation Street fans said they 'don't know where to look' as stare shares snap from filming.

Daniel Brocklebank was out on location recording upcoming scenes as vicar Billy Mayhew.

The actor, 41, was in character mode but dressed in all black suggesting he was officiating a funeral - which fans have been speculating about.

Posting the picture to his Instagram page, Dan said: "Billy did some vicaring today!

"Amazing to finally be on location! @coronationstreet."

But Corrie fans were completely distracted by something else in the image.

"Nice tight pants," one commented.

Another said: "Not sure where to look."

"Those are pretty tight pants for a vicar!" a third joked.

A fourth added: "Wow my eyes!"

"Those pants are…. lovely," another said.

Others were concerned by Billy's attire for a whole other reason.

"Omg this looks like a funeral...." one said.

Another commented: "I hope it’s not a funeral."

"Who dead? Emily bishop or Audrey? I need to know hahaha," a third quizzed.

A fourth said: "Poor thing he looks really sad."

It's been an interesting couple of weeks for Billy after he discovered that his fiance Todd Grimshaw had lied and schemed his way back into his and goddaughter Summer Spellman's lives.

But viewers knew what was coming as Todd was finally exposed and Billy kicked him out of their flat.

Despite attempts at a groveling apology, Billy has remained firm and declared that it was time for him to focus on his relationship with Summer.

Corrie fans praised the scenes between the pair - calling them a 'little team' - as Summer laid in a hospital bed after she collapsed due to her not keeping on top of her insulin injections.

However, not everyone has been a fan of the character and Dan had a pretty sassy one-word response to one viewer who complained about Billy on Twitter.

Despite the heartbreak on-screen, the broken family of Todd, Billy and Summer all dined out together to show they are still close pals away from the soap set as ctors Gareth Pierce, Daniel Brocklebank and Harriet Bibby hit south Manchester for dinner and cocktails earlier this week.
