Coronation Street's much-loved cafe owner Roy Cropper had some advice for his niece Nina Lucas in Monday night's episode, but fans were distracted during the moving scene in Roy's Rolls.
Roy had serious words with Nina after she hit the bottle hard the night before.
But soap viewers were more concerned by the banana he was brandishing.
As Roy offered Nina the banana for breakfast, and told her that it's the best food for a hangover because it's rich in potassium, soap watchers pointed out that it looked a little too ripe for their liking.
"That banana looks minging," pointed out one viewer on Twitter.

"Does Environmental Health know Roy Cropper is selling out of date bananas?" asked another.
"You should use that for banana bread Roy", another advised.
"What a rotten banana Roy’s got!" another pointed out.
Fans are also concerned that Roy, played by David Neilson, keeps his bananas in a mixed fruit bowl, a bugbear that's been raised long before about the cafe.

"Roy and Hayley you are my heroes, but take the bananas out of the mixed fruit bowl. Thank you," said one fan previously.
They're worried because when a banana goes ripe it takes other fruit down with it.
Bananas release the gaseous plant hormone ethylene to begin the ripening process, and as they do they ripen other fruit around them.

Kindly Roy also suggested that Nina, who has gone off the rails following the murder of her boyfriend Seb Franklin, should try tumeric spinkled on coffee and wholewheat toast after her heavy night on a bottle of stolen vodka.
But she decided to turn down the offer.
Corrie fans were then amazed when another poorly looking banana made an appearance in the packed lunch of her pal Summer Spellman.
And Summer, played by Harriet Bibby, binned the bruised looking fruit.
"All the banana’s are going off tonight," said one viewer.
"Yeah if my banana was that colour, I'd bin it as well," another commented.
"Another bruised banana," observed another fan.
