It started with a new coffee machine and matching cups and now Alina Pop has really pushed the boat out on Coronation Street with a portrait of herself and lover Tyrone Dobbs.
Alina added to their love nest with a racy piece of art to hang on the wall featuring mechanic Tyrone with a very different look in a car themed shoot in Wednesday's double bill.
Tyrone, played by Alan Halsall, was almost unrecognisable as he posed in ripped denim shorts and smeared in engine oil.
And his new girlfriend shot a smouldering look for the camera in a cropped animal print top and split-to-the-thigh skirt.
Alina completed the sultry look with a pair of love heart pattern tights as sparks flew around the couple.
The beautician sighed that the portrait was 'perfect' as she excitedly unveiled it in front of Tyrone and their flatmate Emma Brooker.
But her boyfriend and best friend were not so impressed.
And Corrie fans rushed to have their say on social media.
"That photo print cringe," commented one.
"Says something that even Ty looked disgusted at that picture," said another.
"The most tacky thing ever!" wrote another soap watcher.
"What the hell is that," asked another.
And the comments kept flooding in.
"Hideous!!!!!!" cried another viewer.
"My eyes, my eyes," grumbled another.
But other viewers were confused.
"Why do I all of sudden fancy Tyrone?" asked one.
"Why have you been hiding this look from us? Why!"
"Tyrone looks better," said another.
Emma had just told the couple off for being too noisy through the thin walls of their shared abode when the portrait arrived.
"It's our couple's shot, shush you'll love it. Both of you," Alina, played by Ruxandra Porojnicu, told them.
But Emma was so disturbed she couldn't rest with it staring back at her when she was on her own in the flat and tried to cover it with a cloth.
And in the garage Tyrone, who ditched Fiz Stape for former lodger Alina, confessed to Ronnie Bailey that he wasn't keen.
"I look a right plonker in that picture whereas Alina is a goddess," he said.
He was interrupted by Alina who asked him to hurry home to reinact the photo shoot.
"I promise I'll wear those heels if you wear those sexy jeans," she told him.
