Coronation Street fans couldn't believe what they were seeing as Dev Alahan made a huge Sharon Bentley mistake.
Viewers know that Rita Tanner's foster daughter is only back in Weatherfield to help her drug lord nephew Harvey.
While he is banged up and awaiting trial, he has sent his aunt to do his dirty work in tracking down Leanne Battersby and Simon Barlow who worked with the police to get him caught.
Oblivious to everyone else, Sharon is slowly getting closer to getting the information she wants and her latest ploy has had viewers shouting at Dev.
Sharon visited Dev at the corner shop to thank him for the lovely evening they shared but setting her latest plan into motion, she makes out she lost an earring and insists it must be at his house.
Not in the slightest suspicious, Dev hands over his keys and she heads of to let herself into No.7.
After a quick call to Harvey for some technical assistance, Sharon managed to message Simon from Aadi's console, telling him about Seb Franklin's murder and Kelly Neelan's subsequent charge for his death.
Before Simon could see the message and respond, Dev returned home and a startled Sharon tried to cover her tracks.
And she seemingly succeeded she convinces Dev to ban Aadi from his console for a week due to his games being far too violent in the wake of Seb and Nina Lucas' attack.
But Corrie fans couldn't believe he fell for it - and didn't notice one key detail in particular.
"She was going in his house to look for an earring, why is he not questioning why she’s put his bloody telly on???!!!! #Corrie," asked one viewer.
