Coronation Street teen Simon Barlow was left facing big trouble on the ITV soap, after making a potentially deadly decision.
Having been moving drugs around for drug boss Harvey, he's trying to escape the life of crime but is trapped.
This didn't stop him selling pills he was trying to get rid of to Kelly Neelan, his school pal.
The teenager and her pal Asha Alahan decided to take drugs, before calling friend Summer "lame" when she refused to take anything.
Asha and Summer popped out to the shop to buy some alcohol for their party, leaving Kelly alone with the pills.
Kelly soon took the dodgy pill, before collapsing on the sofa much to the horror of her friends.
She was rushed to hospital, where a nurse confirmed she was okay and sleeping it off.
With toxins in her body from the tablet, she was required to stay in the hospital until she had recovered.
But the nurse informed the girls that the pills Simon had sold to Kelly had already caused at least three other people to collapse that same week.
On learning about Kelly's hospital dash, he realised he couldn't go to the police about Harvey as he was the one who gave her the drugs.
Devastated that he could have killed his friend, he confided in his shocked mother Leanne who vowed to sort his situation out.
It doesn't seem that Kelly will suffer any lasting damage, but will someone else?
With three confirmed cases, and Kelly's incident, it's clear the drugs being sold around the street are dangerous - but Simon can't get Harvey off his back.
Leanne herself will be forced into dealing drugs for him too as she desperately tries to save her son in upcoming scenes.
