Andrew Whyment Andrew Whyment has overtaken Roman Kemp as the favourite to win I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
He joined fellow actor Cliff Parisi in a bushtucker trial in Ol’ Dingo Town as they battled through fish guts, bugs and creepy crawlies to win eight stars for camp.
Whyment, who plays Kirk in Coronation Street , won the hearts of the viewers with his rolling commentary while Parisi tries to avoid Buffallos and lucky dips his way through to find his five stars.
Whyment’s commentary and comparing it to “just like watching it on the tele” had hosts Ant and Dec in stitches throughout before being sent to Jungle Jail by the sheriff.
They were not alone for the evening as campmates Kate Garraway and Andrew Maxwell’s names were drawn out of a bag and they got to share Buffallo ribs instead of living off rations.
