• We referred to Labour having paid the Royal Mail thousands of pounds to deliver literature for a parliamentary byelection. Candidates are entitled to free postage on an election communication to electors in the constituency (Galloway mopping up support from disillusioned Labour voters, 14 February, p9).

• A review of the musical Just For One Day (Live Aid musical has belting voices – but where’s the story?, 14 February, p13) said that the song In the Air Tonight was by Genesis; it was by Phil Collins.
