Nov. 06--A crossword puzzle about new Cubs manager Joe Maddon on Page 2 of Wednesday's Chicago Sports section lacked enough spaces for the correct answer of the 15 across clue. The answer to the question, "Maddon's nickname for his RV (2 words)," is "cousineddie."
In Wednesday's A+E section, a photo caption accompanying a story on a "Nova" documentary about the discovery of Spinosaurus bones misidentified the fossil pictured. It is a Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton. Also, a caption for a second photo with the story implied the fossil pictured is a Spinosaurus, but it is not.
