Coronavirus UK LIVE: Boris Johnson out of ICU as Brits applaud key workers

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been moved out of intensive care and back onto a ward in hospital, Downing Street has confirmed.

It came as the UK public applauded frontline workers battling the coronavirus outbreak fo a third straight week.

Foreign Secretary earlier urged people to stay home over the Easter bank holiday weekend, saying the UK is "not done yet" and "must keep going" with the coronavirus lockdown.

Dominic Raab also said the number of UK coronavirus deaths has surged by 881 overnight.
