Stacey Solomon has admitted that she is "s***ting" herself after Britain was sent into lockdown to try and stop the spread of coronavirus.
The 30-year-old Loose Women panelist opened up about her worries and fears after the Prime Minister announced that movement in the country will be restricted to one of four reasons.
Stacey, who has three children at home to entertain during the crackdown, shared her thoughts on Instagram after Boris Johnson addressed the country.
An anxious Stacey said: "I just watched the prime minister's speech.
"I wanted to come on here and say if anyone else out there is absolutely s***ting themselves, you are not on your own.

"It's such a scary time at the minute and I'm going to do whatever I can to be as upbeat and positive as possible on here.
"Maybe I'll think of things we can all do together to try and take our mind off everything."
She added: "I know that isn't going to make a difference or change anything but it's such scary times, I just feel like we've got to do whatever we can.
"Massive thank you to every single key worker who's still going out day in day out, not seeing their families to make sure we all get through this.
"Honestly, you have no idea how incredible you are and how grateful we are to have you.
"For everyone else, we've just got to stick together and be there for each other I suppose."
While at home, Stacey has looked to make her own hand sanitiser after they flew off the shelves of supermarkets and pharmacies.
She put her DIY skills to good use even though sanitiser needs to have specific ingredients, including an alcohol content of over 60%, to work against coronavirus and other germs.

"Off to work and I'm going to be honest I'm nervous about being in town so I'm trying to hand make some hand sanitiser to make myself feel better," she wrote on her Instagram Story. "Wish me luck."
Stacey, who appeared on Thursday's Loose Women studio in central London, refused to give up her recipe just in case it wasn't effective enough.

"Loads of you asking what I used... I don't want to say in case I tell people the wrong thing so... I just looked up safe and effective hand sanitizer recipes online and found one with ingredients I had around the house," she wrote.
"I hope that helps... love you all and stay safe."
