There have been no reported deaths from coronavirus in Scotland in the last 24 hours.
Latest figures show the national death toll remains at 2,472 - the same as yesterday.
Across the country there have been 26 new confirmed cases of the disease.
In Ayrshire, cases hit the 1250 mark - a rise of just one from yesterday's figures.
There remains fewer than five people in Ayrshire hospitals with confirmed coronavirus.
Fewer than five patients are in intensive care with confirmed or suspected COVID-19.
A total of 231,525 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS Scotland labs and the UK Government testing programme to date.
A total of 18,156 people have tested positive.
Symptoms of coronavirus...
The symptoms of coronavirus are:
- a cough
- a high temperature
- shortness of breath
- a loss of taste and smell
But these symptoms do not necessarily mean you have the illness.
The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu.
How to avoid catching or spreading coronavirus...
- wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
always wash your hands when you get home or into work
use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards
try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
