Coronavirus Scotland: New case of deadly virus detected in Ayrshire

Another person has been diagnosed with the coronavirus in Ayrshire .

The Scottish Government have confirmed the new cases this afternoon - taking the total to four.

A total of 60 people in Scotland have been diagnosed with the virus to date.

We confirmed yesterday that the first inpatient had been admitted to Crosshouse Hospital.
