Data released today shows the five Ayrshire areas with the highest coronavirus case rates in the region.
The latest 7-day case rate per 100,000 population shows that North and South Ayrshire regions are still the worst-hit for COVID-19 cases at the moment.
Dalry West in North Ayrshire currently tops the grim Ayrshire league table with the zone with a current case rate of 619.0. The zone ranks 6th overall in Scotland too.
Lochside, Braehead and Whitletts in South Ayrshire was the coronavirus capital of Scotland 10 days ago.
While the picture has improved dramatically since then, the zone is still second-highest in Ayrshire with 332.1
North Ayrshire regions make up the remainder of the top five with Dreghorn taking third place with 257.3; Dalry East and Rural sits in fourth with 245.8; and Kilbirnie South and Longbar in fifth with 229.7.
Ayrshire as a whole reported 38 new cases in the past 24 hours with 16,344 positive tests being detected since the pandemic began.
The number of people in NHS Ayrshire & Arran hospitals is 31 for the third consecutive day. ICU numbers remain below five.
There have been 10 new deaths recorded across Scotland overnight, one of which was in Ayrshire.
There have been 701 new cases have been recorded with the nation's total now at 215,559.
