An Irvine gran has come up with an ingenious work around to keep her grandchildren spoiled during the coronavirus outbreak.
Lillian Mair, of Bourtreehill, stuck to social distancing advice by dangling bags of goodies on string over a dividing garden wall.
And grandkids, Dexter, Zaccariah and Elyjiah Ritchie were grateful recipients, reaching up just high enough for the bags of cake, bananas and tissues.
Lilian is a carer for the elderly and took the decision to social distance.
