Ryan Thomas is getting creative with his workout routines as he stays at home amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The Coronation Street star, 35, lifted his baby son Roman, who he shares with Lucy Mecklenburgh, in place of weights in a exercise video he shared to his Instagram stories on Monday night.
It comes as the government put Britain in lockdown to stop the spread of the deadly disease, with people only allowed out to go food shopping or to exercise.
But Ryan wasn't going to let the bad news get him down as he goofed around with his little boy, who is just a few weeks old.
In the first post Ryan squatted as he held Roman in his arms.
The next showed him squatting while Roman relaxed in his Moses basket in front of him.
He then shared two videos of himself doing press-ups and every time he got down he gave Roman a kiss.
Lucy, who was filming the video, could be heard giggling in the background.
Roman seemed perfectly happy throughout the workout and could be seen wiggling his hands and looking at his mum behind the camera.
In his final video Ryan said: "I'm trying to stay positive, active, put myself in a good head space and I know you guys have been doing it."
Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the country will go into lockdown from Monday.
Only food shops, corner shops, hardware stores, chemists, petrol stations and newsagents are allowed to remain open.
People will be allowed out once a day to exercise and were warned to go shopping for food as infrequently as possible.
