Coronavirus pandemic: Tunisia begins manufacturing hydroxychloroquine

It's a controversial drug in treating Covid-19, but one with an increasing number of proponents: Tunisia has begun manufacturing hydroxychloroquine locally. We bring you a report and speak to a researcher about the effectiveness of the anti-malaria drug. Also, our Cameroon correspondents report on how President Paul Biya's absent leadership is angering some of the population. Finally, Rwanda will have to commemorate the 26th anniversary of the genocide of the Tutsis behind closed doors. Our correspondents meet families of some of the victims.
