A number of staff members and patients within a Northern Ireland hospital have tested positive for coronavirus.
On Sunday evening, reports of a cluster in the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald were confirmed by the South Eastern Trust.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the Trust said the ward affected has now been closed for safety.
They added: "The Trust can confirm that there are staff and patients affected by Covid-19 in a medical ward in the Ulster Hospital.
"The team is working together to minimise the impact on those affected and the services provided.
"The ward is closed to new admissions and infection control measures are in place."
On Sunday's Department of Health dashboard, a further eight coronavirus deaths were recorded.
And the Department also reported a further 896 positive cases of the virus in that most recent reporting period.
The increase brings the total number of positive cases here to 34,105 since the start of the pandemic.
Over the past seven days, the Department says 6,898 individuals have tested positive for the virus in Northern Ireland.
There are currently 317 Covid-19 confirmed patients in hospital and 37 in intensive care.
