Coronavirus Northern Ireland: St John Ambulance Bangor in urgent appeal

An urgent appeal has been made by members of the Bangor St John Ambulance group for personal protective equipment as they continue voluntary community work.

The group is made up of local people and who have been working alongside the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

The local unit has issued an urgent appeal for PPE for its volunteers, particularly:

  • surgical masks,
  • FFP3 respiratory masks,
  • disposal aprons,
  • face visors, and,
  • goggles.
