A further seven coronavirus deaths have been recorded today by the Department of Health.
Most recent figures issued on Thursday indicate that Northern Ireland's death toll now stands at 501.
Three of the most recently recorded deaths occurred within the past 24 hours, and four outside of this reporting period, the Department says.
And in the past 24 hours, they say 42 more positive tests have been detected - bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 4,481.
Meanwhile, a total of 52,758 tests have been carried out to date.
