A further 106 people have tested positive for Coronavirus in the past 24 hours, according to the Department of Health's latest figures.
This increase brings the total number of positive cases in Northern Ireland to 7,727.
The figures, released at 2pm on Sunday September 6, also indicate that in the last seven days, 530 individuals have tested positive for Covid-19.
Following their latest dashboard update, the death toll in Northern Ireland remains at 564.
According to the latest data, three people are in ICU with Covid-19 and a total of 17 are being treated in hospital.
