Coronavirus Northern Ireland latest figures show nine further deaths and 472 new cases

A further nine  Coronavirus -related deaths have been reported today by the Department of Health.

The latest dashboard report, released at 2pm on Sunday, November 15 notes that seven people have sadly lost their lives to the virus in the last 24 hours, whilst a further two deaths were also recorded outside of the current reporting period.

The report also indicates that a 472 new positive cases of Covid-19 have also been recorded in the same time period, with 2,709 people having been tested across NI in the last day.

3,920 individuals have tested positive for the virus in Northern Ireland in the last seven days, bringing the overall number of cases here to 45,831 since the pandemic began.

At present there are 49 patients in ICU with Covid-19, 39 of those patients are on ventilators.
