The Department of Health has reported one further death related to Coronavirus today.
This death is recorded to have occurred outside of the current 24 hour reporting period and it brings the death toll in Northern Ireland to 579.
In Wednesday's dashboard update, a further 424 positive cases of the virus were recorded in the last 24 hour reporting period.
And in the last seven days, a total of 1,950 individuals have tested positive for the virus.
The total number of positive cases in Northern Ireland to date is 11,693.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the Department has noted that 350,314 individuals have been tested for Covid-19.
