Coronavirus Northern Ireland: 39 new cases and no deaths reported in 24 hours by Department of Health

The Department of Health has reported no further Covid-19 related deaths in the past 24 hours.

According to the most recent dashboard update, there have been 39 confirmed cases of the virus in the past 24 hour reporting period.

A total of 302 people have tested positive for the virus in the past seven days.

The death toll in Northern Ireland stands at 558 and the total number of individuals tested positive is 6,430, reports the DoH.

Figures released on Monday indicated that 179,423 individuals have been tested for the virus since the beginning of the pandemic.

At present there are no Covid-19 cases in ICU in Northern Ireland.
