A further 18 patients across Northern Ireland have sadly died after testing positive for Covid-19.
The new figures released by the Public Health Agency show the number of deaths in Northern Ireland is now at 176.
As of 11.15am on April 17, a further 137 positive cases were confirmed, bringing the total number of positive cases here to 2,338.
The number of individuals that have been tested for the virus has risen by 810 in the last 24 hours to 15,025.
11 of those individuals were tested at the SSE Testing Centre and 14 at the Derry Rugby Testing Centre yesterday.
