Three further Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded by the Department of Health in the last 24 hours.
Thursday's update shows the overall death toll due to the virus in Northern Ireland now stands at 2,140.
According to the dashboard this afternoon, a further 120 people have tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours, with 3,198 individuals having been tested in the same period.
Over the past seven days, 763 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Northern Ireland.
At present there are seven Covid positive patients in ICU in hospitals across NI.
Meanwhile, Northern Ireland will take first steps out of lockdown tomorrow.
Close contact services such as hairdressers and barbers will open their doors again and driving lessons and tests will resume on Friday morning.
The latest detailed breakdown of Northern Ireland’s COVID-19 vaccination programme shows that around 90% of over 50s have received their first vaccine.
Patricia Donnelly, head of NI’s vaccination programme, said: “Our vaccination programme continues to make significant progress. The latest figures show that 89.5% of people aged 50 and over have received their first vaccination.
"This means that those age groups most vulnerable to this virus will now have some level of protection. The positive news continues when we look at the overall adult population and see that well over half of our adult population have received their first vaccine and almost 300,000 people have received both doses."
