NHS bosses in Ayrshire are to rip up their vaccination programme as part of a rush to get residents inoculated.
An original timetable, which would have seen community hubs run throughout February, has been ditched.
It comes as health chiefs in the region battle to keep pace with Scottish Government targets.
Three mass centres in Ayr, Kilmarnock and Dreghorn began vaccinating residents on Monday.
But most smaller community hubs were not due to open until the middle of the month at the earliest.
And that would have meant missing vital targets to have all 70-79 year-olds jabbed by mid-February.
The original timetable was removed from the NHS website on Monday as officials went back to the drawing board.
And a new version (below) was issued on Wednesday night.

Now, in a bid to haul the schedule back on course, all residents in the 65-79 age group will receive their jags by next Sunday, February 14.
However, in order to meet the target, residents in Prestwick and Monkton will now have to attend the Citadel in Ayr – rather than Prestwick Community Centre.
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is set to provide shuttle buses from Prestwick in a bid to help with patient flow.
Clinics previously scheduled for the end of this month are being brought forward to take place between Saturday, February 6 and Sunday, February 14.
Appointments could be scheduled at just 24 hours' notice.
NHS Ayrshire & Arran chief executive John Burns said: "Our teams and partners are working round the clock to get as many Ayrshire residents vaccinated as quickly as we can.
"Vaccinators at our community locations have already welcomed thousands of patients since opening earlier this week and will continue to do so throughout the coming weeks and into Spring.
“I understand that local people are keen to know when their turn to be vaccinated will come and I ask everyone to be patient, wait for their appointment letter and take the opportunity to come forward for vaccine when it is offered.
“Vaccination appointments are an essential reason to leave the house during the current restrictions.
"Our teams are reporting a real feel-good atmosphere in the mass vaccination centres, where members of the public are rolling up their sleeve to help fight coronavirus by getting their vaccine.
"My sincere thanks go to everyone involved in the programme, which is the biggest vaccination drive we have ever undertaken."
