Coronavirus: Natasha Hamilton has fever and aches as she begins 14-day isolation

Singer Natasha Hamilton said she was convinced she had coronavirus as she went into self-isolation.

The Atomic Kitten member, 37, had been suffering with a fever, tummy aches, aches up her side, back and neck before she vomited.

Mother-of-four Natasha concluded she could be suffering with coronavirus amid the pandemic plaguing the UK.

Her symptoms emerged after she attended her auntie’s 50th crowded birthday party at the week-end with a group.

Since then, she has been following precautions and self-isolating.

The songwriter laid bare the “awful” details of her night which she spent “sleeping and in a lot of pain” when the fever got worse.

She said: “Sunday night I thought I was getting possible food poisoning. I had tummy aches, aches up my side, up my back, my neck and I was sick.

“Then the temperature kicked in, the fever, and I spent the whole night shivering and in a lot of pain. Yesterday I spent the whole day just in and out of sleep and last night fever peaked I had an awful night.”

The songstress also said other people at the same party appeared to be showing the same symp-toms.

There was a group of 12 people who went out to ring in the birthday on Saturday.

By Sunday, four people were struck down with the virus according to Natasha’s cousin.

But as the week has gone on, seven people have been showing symptoms of the deadly bug.

Mother-of-four Natasha reiterated she was taking the necessary precautions by self-isolating for 14 days.

She added: “I woke up and my fever’s down, my aches are less, but now I have a sore throat so I’m kind of getting the symptoms of coronavirus but in a different order.

“Also, people I was out with on Saturday are starting to get fevers, sore throats and dry coughs so it is out there. We’ve taken the necessary precautions.”

Natasha kept her loyal 115K followers on social media in the loop.

There have been 72 deaths in the UK as the pandemic continued to sweep the globe.

It’s reported there have been 2,626 coronavirus cases in the UK.

Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson, both 63, were the first celebrities to get coronavirus.
