Coronavirus mobile vaccination clinic to be set up at Belfast City Hall

A mobile vaccination clinic will be operating at Belfast City Hall this Saturday.

The Belfast Trust has announced that the clinic, which does not require an appointment, will be on the grounds from 3pm-8pm.

It is open to all adults who have not yet had their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and those who attend will be given a dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

They will therefore need to attend a vaccination centre to receive a second dose in six weeks.

A statement from the Trust said: "It is vitally important that those who have not yet done so, attend for a Covid-19 vaccination. On Saturday 3 July we will be operating a mobile vaccination clinic for all adults in the grounds of Belfast City Hall, 3pm-8pm.

"Those who attend will need to bring ID. Please come down this weekend, get your jab, and do your bit to keep everyone safe.

"For those unable to attend on Saturday we have vaccination slots available at the Royal Victoria Hospital Vaccine Centre which can be booked at Get Vaccinated | COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Northern Ireland (hscni.net)."
