Manchester City's Champions League game against Real Madrid next week is off, according to sources.
City, who hold a 2-1 lead from the first leg, are due to host Real at the Etihad Stadium next Tuesday in the return leg of their last 16 tie.
But with Real having placed their players into a two-week quarantine period because of fears over the coronavirus, the match cannot now go ahead.
Real took the decision after one of the players in their basketball team tested positive for the coronavirus, with all activity at the club’s training ground suspended with immediate effect.
The quarantine decision was taken because the football and basketball teams share the same facilities, with all players and staff sent home on Thursday morning.
Real are set to inform UEFA of their inability to fulfil the fixture against City because of their self-imposed quarantine period.
